Free shipping format for most items to the 48 states. (sorry Alaska & Hawaii, but additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping is Free for most Orders over $300, some exceptions apply:  AMGO, Ideal, QSP and Tuxedo brand products don't ship free.

Q. what happens if I get my freight (car lift) and then I notice it is damaged?
A.
 It is the customer's responsiblilty to inspect the freight before accepting it. When the freight leaves our facility it is in perfect condition. If you accept the freight with freight damage, it is YOUR responsibility to file a claim with the freight company.

Q. Can’t I just break it down out of the back of the freight truck?

A. No. The freight company cannot wait for you to disassemble the lift. Nor will the freight company's insurance allow the customer in the back of their truck.

 

Q. Who is responsible for unloading the automotive equipment?

A. Customers will be responsible for unloading the equipment from the truck when it arrives. Freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. In some cases trucking companies may be able to provide a truck with a lift gate. This usually applies for smaller shipments. Additional charges may apply. In some cases you may get the manufacturer or contracted installer to deliver your product.

Q. How do I get my equipment off the truck?

A. Lift products will almost always require a fork lift, cherry picker or roll back truck. . If you do not have access to this type of equipment the lift can be picked up at a local shipping dock. Please contact us for a dock near you.

 

Q. How will I know when my equipment is arriving so I can make arrangements to unload it?

A. Request to have the trucking company call you 24-hours before delivery. You can also arrange to have the lift supplier contact you after your equipment ships and provide you with shipping information, such as the freight carrier name and tracking number so you can make preparations for your unloading arrangements.

Returns / Refunds: 

Our guarantee is very generous. If within 30 days of purchase you decide you don't like the product, you can return it to  our Vendor /Factory and we'll pay you your full purchase price back, minus shipping & handling. Customer is responsible for both forward and return shipping costs as well. Special order or modified orders are non-refundable. Customers wishing to return products will be charged shipping cost to their location even where free shipping is offered. In some cases, (mostly larger items), a restocking fee up to 20% may be charged depending on various factors such as the condition of returned equipment. If the order is cancelled before the item has shipped, but after the credit card has been billed, we will credit customer minus a 3% merchant processing fee, or 1% if paid with Check/Bank online. Note: If order was paid with QuickBooks online Check or Bank the fee will be 1%. This is a fee that credit card merchant accounts charge on every transaction, and is non-refundable. All returns must first be given an authorization number. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. from our Vendor/Factory. Credits will be issued only after our Vendor / Factory did receive the product back from customer and inspected it. Vendor / Factory  incurs many costs when processing and shipping orders. Customers will be charged for shipping costs for any orders that are canceled after item has already shipped, but not yet received by customer. They may also be responsible for a restocking fee.

All returns must:

  1. Be in original packaging
  2. Have original manufacturer's paperwork including owner's manual.
  3. Product must not be damaged in any way. All damaged products must be returned to manufacturer. (See above)
  4. There must be no missing parts from product. If parts are missing, customer must contact manufacturer.

Note: Orders  that were shipped from Factory need an approval from Factory first  to initiate a return.

          Not all factories accept returns !
