TRIUMPH Warranty Policies: Triumph Lifts come with a 1 year parts warranty, no labor. You simply call us, we toubleshoot the problem over the phone with you, we ship you the part needed to fix the problem free of charge, the part is free and shipping is free. The free shipping is ground service. We do not cover labor costs for someone to install the replacement part, you must do this yourself or pay someone to do it but most of the time it is very easy for a car mechanic to do themselves. We do not cover the rubber lifting pads, and the cylinders come with a 30 day full warranty and after 30 days we provide a seal kit. Standard 1 year parts and 5 year structure warranty. These rugged and versatile lifts are engineered and manufactured to the highest quality standards to provide you years of trouble free service. ISO 9001 and CE Certified/Compliant. All Auto Lifts, Laser Machine, Frame Machine, and Pipe Benders are warranted for one year . All Tire equipment is warranted for 1 year. All other shop equipment is warranted for 30 days. Warranty is for parts only. No labor warranty exists. Cylinders on all auto lifts will be sent seal kits for repair after 30 days. Warranty does not cover rubber lifting pads on two post lifts. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear parts on tire changers including but not limited to plastic demount heads, plastic rim clamp covers, valve stem inflation hose, plastic bead breaker cover. Water separator and oiler are warrantied for 60 days. Warranty does not include normal wear and tear parts on wheel balancers including but not limited to quick release wing nut, wheel weight hammer, plastic wheel cone. Replacement parts or replacement equipment being sent to the customer does not represent an extension or renewal of the warranty period. Shipping of warranted parts is for normal ground shipping only within the USA. Shipping costs outside the USA are the responsibility of the customer. Customer may request expedited shipping at their own expense. All Shipping costs are paid by customer after first 60 days of warranty period, no exceptions. International customers pay all shipping costs on all parts, no exceptions. No warranties exist for any incidental cost occurring from loss of use of product. Warranty is not transferable. Warranty is issued to original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to anyone else. Any attempts at charge backs or legal action against National Auto Tools voids the warranty on the product purchased regardless of the decisions made by all companies involved in the transaction and or the decision of the courts. Once warranty is voided, it cannot be reinstated. No other warranty is expressed or implied. Warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, County of Tarrant. National Auto Tools will not enter into any verbal agreements regarding changes to the stated warranty policy. National Auto Tools reserve the right to change or amend any measurements, instructions, policies, pictures, and warranties, as stated in our manuals, on our National Auto Tools website, and on any other printed or published materials, without notice to customers prior to changes being made. Any and all vehicles pictured with our products do not imply a set measurement or dimension in regards to the lift with which they are pictured. Purchaser/Customer has read and understands the whole of this document and all parts thereof. Purchaser/Customer further understands that this document and all parts thereof is governed in whole or in part by the law of the State of Texas. Any action at law, suit in equity, or other judicial proceedings for the enforcement of this document or any provision thereof shall be instituted only in the courts of the State of Texas, County of Tarrant.   Evolution of solid design!

  Firstly, ordering and delivery couldn't have been easier. Pricing on this site was the best on the internet at the time, regardless - in hindsight, I would have paid more for the prompt, courteous sales, processing, shipping, updates and delivery. Upon delivery its shipped in two angle iron frames with fork slots, sort of [========] laying flat. I used my 75 hp tractor loader with 5500 lb 60" forks to remove from back of truck, laying down lengthwise, it was quite a load as lifting from one end, tail wagging the dog almost, might be a challenge unless one dragged it out of the truck to get from side. Installation, super sweet, easy, everything you would need is 45 dollars at local harbor freight service for drilling concrete, if you need a couple of wrenches, that is an extra 5 bucks! Filling from five gallon bucket with hand pump went smoothly. Fired it up and away it went, very smooth. As this is about my 6th personal hoist and hundreds I have used, I noticed all the little nuances seemed to be addressed. Very wide drive through section, my equipment passes the uprights easily, car and truck doors are no issue - makes it less an obstacle when not using! Arm locks, I've seen so many bend the cogged arm lock frame back making them useless, whereas they beefed these bad boys up, you'll not be disabling them by retracting the arm too hard and bending the brackets, they are really stout! Lift spacers, got to love the style, they give you plenty included, no add on stuff to buy, if you can't rig to what your lifting with provided spacers, it won't be because they weren't included. Documentation was lacking, however quick internet search provided the needed docs, could have been torn off during delivery, regardless - five minute search. Pump is healthy and tank is steel, not a hunk of plastic waiting to get torn off. Pump location is on the backside of main upright instead of on backside, I have walked into my share of pumps and thought to myself - what moron... All said, if I had 10 bays, 8 of them would have these lifts. The base plate open top requires a bit more thought on your concrete requirements and that should be kept in mind. Close top units seem to carry more structure above ground adding stability, however novices should never be allowed to use them without appropriate stands, common sense is not included in the hardware box!
